unlock phone phone number and IMEI don't match

I meet 100% of the eligibility requirements to unlock my phone, but when I try to use the unlock pathway in either Firefox or Chrome it terminates with a "Looks like your IMEI and phone number don't match. Check your info and try again." I checked my IMEI 5 times so I should not be getting that mess

The worst customer Service Ever.

Noone Showed Up

D2D convinced us to switch to AT&T by promising excellent service AND reducing our current costs.

We made an appointment to change to DirecTV and when the service man arrived to install, along came an in-home AT&T salesman who promised my husband and I that he could provide excellent wireless and internet service with new phones (the iPhones were BOGO and the Samsung was $90) and save us over $1

Service outage West Lake Worth / Lantana / Boynton Beach, FL?
