Not able to listen to my landline voicemail through laptop browser
Hello, I am trying to listen to my voicemail messages through my Chrome browser on a Windows 7 laptop. I do have quicktime installed, and it is not disabled in Chrome. The player "control bar" (if that's what you call it) does come up when I hit the play message buttton for each message. However,

How do I fix the plugin for troubleshoot and install.
It was working before with no problem. It stopped working and I had to reinstall pluging again to no avail. I can't figure out how to download the Troubleshoot and install plugin/I checked my add ons. No problem there. Any suggestions? Thank you.
