I have followed instructions to open up ports allowing PSN to work on ATT Wifi, it worked for a couple hours but now it is connected to the internet and PSN is still unavailable. Please advise.

Playstation 4 can't find wireless network
the playstation 4 can't find the network, but does see neighboring networks. other devices in the house find the network without problem. the smart tv is the only other device that can't find the network. all other devices see it as the first or second listed network. any ideas?
