Heads up...AT&T no longer modifies payment arrangements

I have been with AT&T for over 11 years. I made a payment arrangement online & got my dates/days mixed up. I needed my arrangement extended from 12/10/2015 to 12/11/2015.....ONE day. I was told my two different reps & one supervisor that this was not possible because there have been changes to AT&T'
