We recently upgraded to the 45MB Uverse Internet package. Now we cannot connect to Pandora, Netflix, and certain other apps on our Samsung Galaxy S7 phones while the wifi is enabled on the phones. If we turn off wifi, the apps connect as expected using Sprint. The phones work fine on Charter.net wif

EDIT - I did not not go back to my original account. It has the premium, even though the system told me it could not be used on an existing account. I changed my plan to Unlimited and More Premium, it takes effect September 12th. I downloaded the watch TV made an ID, then downloaded Pandora, when I logged in it shows regular Pandora not Pandora Premium. I had a free account which I logged into. I’ve contacted support four times to get pandora premium activated. They’ve given me different answers and don’t  really seem to be able to sort it out. has att sorted this issue out? Is anyone getting premium pandora?
