$94 late fee - can they do that??!!!
Hi, I had a payment that was past due for like 12 days, when i went to pay my bill i was told i had to pay about $94 on top of my bill - $5 late fee and $89 service fee. I talked to an ATT rep and they said they charged $89 to keep from disconneting my service.Last time when i had an overdue payment
