SMS Message notification per contact
After upgrading to Oreo I could no longer assign a specific notification tone to a contact. Before the upgrade I was able to define a Ringtone and a Message tone for each contact. After the upgrade I can only select a rigtone and a vibration pattern. The option to select a message tone is gone

Can't receive images via SMS using WiFi calling
When I'm at home, I can't get a signal with my Galaxy Note 8. That's the whole reason I got this phone - no service with AT&T at home. Now, I can make and receive phone calls at home using WiFi calling, but texting is sketchy at best. Pictures, in particular, won't ever download while I'm at home.
