Neighbors have internet but not me

My neighbors have DSL internet and I do not. I have lived in this house for 3 years and I keep on being told ports are full even if people move away. Will I ever get internet? This whole situation is really dumb and is limiting my life.

Told Activation Fees would be waived and then after starting service, I was told NO

Bad Experience with AT&T. Still didn't get the resolution.

I have been following up with AT&T  customer care for an issue with my Iphone 6 that i bought 10 days back and no one is taking responsibility for resolving the issue.I wanted to escalate the issue but i was told that a manager will come on line but they disconnected the phone after a hold for 2 min
