The issue is not to blame the customers. Three weeks is a long time to be patient. One computer friend said it's the ATT server that's the issue. Locked out of my account and stuck in an endless loop of useless pages asking if I’ve forgotten my password and/or User ID.  Can’t sign in, called customer service and spent HOURS trying to work it out which turned out to be time wasted. I need access to my account.  This is crazy.  Please help.
