Play/FF/Rewind screen information bar.

While watching Uverse TV and when the Play, FF or Rewind button is pressed, an information bar displays on the lower part of the TV screen for 5 seconds or more that prevents viewing the part of the programming until the information bar goes away. I find that this is annoying and could be prevented
