Hi,  4 months ago I lost my iPhone X out of no where or should I say misplaced it. Was looking for it for days and wasn’t successful finding it. I reported it lost since I had the insurance and gave me a new phone. 4 months later, we were cleaning the entire house and found the phone under the sofa

I sent unused iPhone back with a return USPS label AT&T provided. The tracking number tells it was picked by the third party carrier: Newgistics and after that there was no status updated. It is lost.  AT&T told I had to pay until they got the phone returned and I see a charge of $650 on my bill.  T
