I updgraded my device via the AT&T mobile app over a week ago (Monday, 11/11). I ordered the new Iphone 11 Max Pro, which was supposed to ship to my residence by Wed/Thurs of last week. On Wednesday, I received a call from an AT&T store in NC, telling me my phone had arrived and to come pick it up.
