ATT does not care at all, sums it up nicely... I upgraded for a new phone, purchased in full, it was an iPhone 8..  In addition, as part of my 'deal' I was being offered we were bumped up to Unlimited data for ONLY $5 more a month- THIS WAS ALL A LIE AND WHERE THE MONTHS OF HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Every Customer Deserves Honesty

I was told over the phone and via email that my total DSL bill will be $41 a month for 12 months. When I got my first bill it was $51. It took me 19 phone calls to ATT, finally speaking with Kameron, to get my bill credited and adjusted back to the $41 per month. Then, this month again back to $51.
