How to make a payment arrangement?
I have started to pay on this months bill. I should have the rest of it paid off by next Friday. Is that okay in order to avoid another disconnect? I wrecked my vehicle and had to get another and am short on funds due to rental car fees recently. [Subject edited for better exposure]
