Do the numbers light up on the keypad? If so how do I get them to do so? System installed yesterday.

My digital life keypad has had the messege "Software Update in Progress" displayed on its screen for over 2 weeks now, and while this has been going on, whenever I open a door in my house it no longer makes a beeping noise. Can anyone help me solve this issue?

Digital Life security services have not been impacted. Some customers received an erroneous message on their keypad. Additionally, we have seen some intermittent online response delays. We are in the process of addressing each of these issues and expect to have this resolved shortly.

It seems I can't set my keypad to just stay. It always goes to instant. My phone app works fine and I have been using that, but I wonder why I can't set stay or away on keypad without it going to instant

After the update, I no longer get the flashing blue notice light flashing and in the texting mode, I have a "comma" left and right of the space bar of the keypad. I must now switch to the character page and use it from there. Very time comsuming.

Is there more than 1 keypad option? We had it all installed yesterday and I am a bit disappointed with the little plastic keypad. The sharp little beep is annoying.
