Software Update in progress for over 2 weeks!

My digital life keypad has had the messege "Software Update in Progress" displayed on its screen for over 2 weeks now, and while this has been going on, whenever I open a door in my house it no longer makes a beeping noise. Can anyone help me solve this issue?

Important Digital Life Message

Digital Life security services have not been impacted. Some customers received an erroneous message on their keypad. Additionally, we have seen some intermittent online response delays. We are in the process of addressing each of these issues and expect to have this resolved shortly.

Keypad issue?

It seems I can't set my keypad to just stay. It always goes to instant. My phone app works fine and I have been using that, but I wonder why I can't set stay or away on keypad without it going to instant

S6 update mishaps

Keypads not disarming at the same time

Keypad upgrade?

Is there more than 1 keypad option? We had it all installed yesterday and I am a bit disappointed with the little plastic keypad. The sharp little beep is annoying. I tried to turn it off- no luck so far. In comparison with the ADT Pulse system, it had a way we could turn the notification on or off.
