Ongoing outage in San Jose

We've been without phone, internet and TV U-verse service since Sunday (5th day and counting).  Service workers have been in my neighborhood every day but missed our appointment on Tuesday and nobody can give us a revised ETA for a fix.  Can anyone help?  This is getting ridiculous.

Wi-Fi connectivity issues with LG Stylo 3

My phone, the Stylo 3, will connect to my home AT&T Wi-Fi for a few minutes but disconnect shortly after with the error message "unable to connect to _______(my wifi name)" It usually stays connected after I remove my battery and put it back for longer, but this has not proven a permanent solution .

IPTV Streaming issues on ATT

My parents just switched from Comcast to ATT. For the most part the internet seems fine and the speeds are good. Only problem is that they subscribe to some IPTV service which started having issues as soon as they switched. All videos on this service keep stopping and buffering. There were no issue
