Netgear 7550 constantly drops connection when wired. Works fine on wireless.

Intermittent or no internet connection with Uverse

WEll, here I am again waiting for tech to arrive.  Really all I want is for my service to work.  I wish had never called in the beginning...at least my service worked a couple minutes out of the day.  Now it's slower and dropps worse than ever.  I wonder when this next tech shows up if he will talk
