There is are 2 icons displayed on my phone (LGA380) that are not listed in the owners manual.The one in the front is a square head with an open mouth with lines that indicate it is speaking.Behind it there is a sheet of paper with lines on it.Does anyone know what they represent?

After an update on 3/26/18, the navigation bar on my S8 disappeared.  If I re-start it reappears.  When I open an app it disappears.  The color bar where the recent/home/back icons should be is visible; but, the icons are not.  If I hard press where the "home" icon should be it takes me home.  Howev

Recently Icons were added to each name in my email contact list.  what was a 2 line list for each name is now 3 lines, thus fewer names showing on the 'pick a send-to name' process.  AND, it takes twice as long to scroll down the contact list to select a 'to' name.   How can the icons be turned off,
