Does AT&T feel the need to address LTE speed issues in Houston? We are getting less than 1mbs download speeds with full service on LTE (no throttling)  Tmobile people are getting 108mbs and Verizon at 57mbs.  It's insulting to have near dial up speeds on LTE. Using iPhone6s+.
