I subscribe to TV5MONDE (French TV) on U-verse. It's channel 3832. With Dish Network, TV5MONDE is available in HD. With U-verse, it's only in SD, and the picture is grainy and blurry. Can you please arrange with TV5MONDE to carry its HD version? Thank you.

Finally bought an HDTV and upgraded the $10 charge to HD channels. Last night, I was recording ONE show on HD but was UNABLE TO WATCH ANOTHER HD CHANNEL! I could watch a SD channel. Seriously? It's THIS restrictive? Am I not setting up something properly? Halp!
