To fix the sign in errors have ATTU-verseCare reset your account profile. Once they do that, go to HBOGO.COM  ON YOUR COMPUTER. IT WILL NOT WORK ON PHONE OR TABLET. Click on sign up and go through putting in your info. Basically it's like you had never used HBO GO. Had to do the same for Showtime. J
