Updating to Android 12

I have a Note 20 Ultra 5g. My wife has the same exact phone and we can't get either phone to update to android 12. We bought both phones from ebay unlocked but on At&t network. I've tried all of the troubleshooting steps on the At&t site and it still won't update.  Thanks
