Service stopped long ago, billing kept coming

AT&T has knowingly continued to bill us for a cut line after Uverse was installed.  They stopped billing for a short while after we had an AT&T store rep call the number he said would stop the billing once and for all, to back us up on the cut line and to stop the fraudulent billing.
