Fraud alert over a call to reactive my account

I got a call (claiming to be AT&T) saying that I needed to revalidate account info in order to reactivate my account. As soon as I said I worked for ATT and asked what's up, he hung up. So, I'm assuming that was not really AT&T.

We Signed "Fixed Month" Plan and HAVE DIGITAL PROOF. AT&T Claims 2-Year Plan but WON'T PROVIDE Proof (Because they Can't)!

We have digital copies of the Terms & Conditions we signed that showed we were on a Month-to-Month Plan. Now that we are moving some of our phones to another carrier, AT&T claims we "signed" a 2-Year Agreement and is charging us an Early Termination fee because "that's what's in the system"

When will we get fiber internet

I would like to know when fiber internet will be on my street. There are people 2 streets over that currently have fiber internet. I am paying the same amount for 10m dsl that they are paying for 300m fiber. There seems to be no rush to get fiber to customers like myself.
