Hello, I am attempting to unlock an iPhone I had purchased off eBay. They have said that the phone was ATT locked, but was not fraud or iCloud locked. I sent a request to unlock the phone and received an email that the phone was "fraud" and cannot be unlocked. Any way I can get this phone unlocked?
