Bouncing from near no signal to 3/4 signal strength
My device keeps bouncing from 1 bar (no service sometimes) to 3 bars (about 3/4 strength). dBi -117-120 when 1 bar, around -103 on 3 bars. When it is on 1 bar I can pull 20Mbps but pretty much no upload speed. When on 3 bars I only pull 1-2Mbps but upload goes to around 5Mbps. Is this normal? I'm as
