bogus collection notices from AT&T MOBILITY

My dad is getting bogus collection notices from AT&T. His account is long closed and paid. I paid the 1st collection company "Enhanced Recovery Company, LLC" $77.85 on 12/1/14. Spoofing calls all day long.

I've been receiving spoofing calls all day long. Some of the calls didn't even have a phone number and I'm registered with Anonymous Call Rejection.
