Facetime

I was on the $60 a month plan which enabled me to use Facetime without being connected to wifi. I switched to the cheaper plan and relised I could not do this anymore so today I switched back to the 60 plan. It now says that my cellular data plan is not eligible to facetime without wifi connection!!
