AT&T disconnected my DSL while combining my lines, now they won't reconnect my DSL!

On April 23rd ATT advised I could COMBINE my PHONE LINE and DSL LINE to save money (I then turned around and invested the money back in the faster speed internet)... their Retention employee didn't process the request correctly so they disconnected and CANCELED the DSL and now refuse to reconnect it

NVG 599 Keeps Rebooting - Gigapower
