Why is my desktop's IP not consistently accessible from my iPhone on the same LAN?

Store issue - deceptively sold me incorrect watch

I was sold the incorrect watch from an att store rep just after Christmas. I asked for the largest version of the Series 4 watch. I walked out thinking that was what I had because there was not a display in the store.  My husband was so impressed by the watch, we went to get him one also shortly aft
