Why does this deal exclude CT?? I am seriously considering getting rid of ATT. All the money I pay for my "family plan" and when they finally offer a useful promotion my state is excluded? So ridiculous. Any insight on why CT is excluded from this deal?

AT&T Promotion for S8

I want to upgrade to an S8 from a S5 and currently trying to understand the promotions being offered by AT&T.  I'm getting different stories.  One store (corporate store I think) told me I would get a min of $200 off the price of an S8 if I turn in my S6 if it's in good condition.  They told me this

The Loyalty Department does not adhere to the deals they offer to keep customers.

I am a post paid customer.  At the end of my contract I was planning to cancel my ATT services.  I was transferred to the "Loyalty Department" and offered a special deal including a discount on phones and no upgrade charges. New customers getting better deals then old dedicated don`t make no sense!!

I really sad how At&t has there hands wrapped around our neck. I have 3 services through them that equal out to about $5500.00 a year, Including Internet, Directv and a wireless plan with 4 devices attached .
