Audio fades out during video on multiple apps
I have a Samsung Galaxy S7 Active, and I love it. Until now, I have had no problems with this phone. In several apps(instagram, youtube, etc), when watching a video with audio going through the speaker, the audio will all of the sudden fade out. Why? What can i do to fix this? I have been looking at

Iphone constantly cuts out same time every day
I have an Iphone that cuts out and garbles my voice at the same time multiple times a day- first one I notice daily is 8:14 am- it's crazy. I'd love to rely on this phone but cannot ditch the landline yet due to this unpredictability and for my job and interviewing a good strong phone line is a must
