I have gone through the website to unlock my phone and all my bills are paid, even when I check my unlock status it says it has been approved, but when I input the new SIM card from another company it says my phone needs to be unlocked. what should I do/ how do I fix this problem.

Nasty, rude customer service agent!!

I rarely ever do this but this morning I called customer service in a desperate need to change my past due balance due date to Friday. Trade in promotion 300 for I phonr
