Slow LTE with XR.

Just switched from sprint to AT&T because the data had been horrible since I got an XR phone. Thought AT&T would be better but 2 days after I switched I had the same experience. Cannot attach images to my texts

My phone service is wrong

We switched over from t-mobile in December the deal was trade in my 5 phones for 3 iPhone 11 and 2 Samsung note 10 plus and we would receive 700 on the 11s and 950 on the notes i sent in my 5 phones and AT&T say they can't find them I've been try from December to get this fixed no help at all there'
