WiFi has been out for a week and I’ve gotten no help!

My WiFi has been out for over a week. My broadband isn’t connected. I’ve ran all the tests and the Smart Home Manager says that I would need a technician to come fix it. Prevent sim deactivation

I am going international for the next 4 months and i don't want to pay $35 for my mobile bill every month ($140 for 4) for a service i wouldn't be utilizing. I know that if I don't pay my bills for 2 months(i guess), my sim will be deactivated. How can I keep my sim activated cheaply?

Very annoyed
