Does AT&T have anything like a signal booster for phone calling.

I live in a small town in central Illinois, and I would guess 50 - 75% of the time I cannot get a signal to call or text.  Calls either don't go through and hang up, or just drop to the ever popular "Emergency calls only".  Texts regularly go to a "Failed" status or I get a couple miles out of town
