Do not buy a Microcell. They are not fit for purpose.

I have owned 3 Microcells, and each one has lasted just over 12 months before they just stop working. Mine just died, again. IMO this is outrageous on soooo many fronts. Customer Service is no help. They simply advize to buy a new one. I've already spent around $600 to make up for AT&T's lousy cover

New Coverage Map Questions?

Hi, I was checking the coverage map to see coverage where i grew up, its "off-network" area that just showed orange coverage, now there is dark green with parallel lines running through it. The map legend doesn't represent these new colored areas in "off-net" areas. Could someone from ATT explain th

Poor coverage

We moved into our house 2 years ago. Everything was great and for about the last 6 months our coverage and speeds have been awful. We are lucky to get two bars or even load a 30 second video. I figured maybe the towers were being worked on but not for 6+ months. Frustrating to say the least.

Rural Eastern Oregon Cell Service Shrinking

This is more of a comment than a question.  This past November we were on our annual elk hunt to eastern Oregon.  To my surprise when we arrived at our camping location (very high up on a hill) I had no cell phone service, the same location that has had At&t cell service for many, many years.  At fi

Dismal coverage in my neighborhood -- local AT&T staff knows it -- but it's a reason for more $$$$$?

I have had long-standing problems with coverage in my house, neighborhood and even the surrounding area. In the house, I'm lucky to get one bar. I may get two bars if I'm in an upstairs bedroom, by the window, facing west. I have a lot of difficulty making calls, and fully 80 percent of incoming cal
