Advanced Messaging stopped working after two weeks of purchase!

Device unlock instructions don't reflect reality

I went through the att.com/deviceunlock and entered everything on 6/17/21. I got an email saying click on this link to confirm within 24 hours. I did it about 12 hours after the request. I don't recall seeing an error. Then later I click the link in the email to check status. Website replies system

Bad Customer Service Turned To Good

A few weeks ago, I had to get my telephone number changed due to a fraud alert. After the representative realized that I wouldn’t be buying any additional services, she changed my number and immediately hung up on me without offering a choice of number or even telling me what my new number was.
