AT&T advised my checking account has been flagged "fraudulent"

AT&T advised my checking account has been flagged "fraudulent" and has me blocked from paying online via check.  Agent advised I needed to speak with my bank to clear it up however my bank advises there is nothing on their end causing this issue.  PLEASE HELP!

Returned Check Charge

My bill reflects a $30 charge for a "Returned Check Charge" on 8/19 and $2 in fees. I double checked my bank statements and the money was processed on 8/18 and went through.
