Moving and Rewiring AT&T UVERSE Jack

I'm going to be moving my jack upstairs, but I'm having trouble identifying one of the connectors. Two 3M IDC are connecting the blue cables, but there seems to be an odd dual IDC for orange? Is this the same as connecting  two separate IDCs for two separate cables such as blue?
