Hello, I have a BGW210 and the broadband light is blinking red for a few minutes and then disappears. Can you help me to reconnect to the internet again?

AT&T u-verse model 5268ACFXN  After a power outage, the two broadband lights began flicking on. I tried to reset, disconnect the power and everything. What can I do? The only cables attatched to it is the green DSL broadband cable, and power cable.
