nvg589 broadband 1 and 2 both flashing red light

.I got the U-verse service on August.2016 and had a good connection until this morning.There is no service and the earliest appointment schedule to fix it is three days later.I hate to be mean but I have some really important thing need to be done with the internet.Does anyone can help me with this

I called tech support and told them that my broadband 1 light is flashing red. My internet is OK

The tech told me to reset the modem for at least 10 seconds. The reset did nothing still flashing red.  My internet connection so far is fine. I was told not to worry unless my internet goes out.  I see in other posts that this is not a good sign meaning the modem may be failing. Wouldn't you say it

Broadband 1 & 2 red light.

Today I bought the router at&t internet thing. I followed directions correctly and plugged everything where its supposed to be. NVG589 Broadband 1 flashing red for 3 weeks.

NVG589 Broadband 1 flashing red for 3 weeks. Before that, all lights were solid green and both lines showed as "up". I did a complete reset and power cycled...no change. Tried all troubleshooting suggestions from ufix. Issue not resolved. Status log below. Any suggestions? DSL Status  Line 1 Line 2
