blind user needing a way to read text messages on my flip phone
I am blind, and I use a flip phone, not a smartphone. I have a bluetooth earpiece that can tell me who's calling and some other info, but I have no way of getting information about text messages. My mom tried to get some help at the AT&T store, but whatever they tried to do didn't work. Is there any

Unfair policy —not Unlocking my iPhone so I may use it abroad
I'm a long time & loyal AT&T iPhone using customer. I'm travelling to Europe this Summer —starting July 1— and would like my iPhone unlocked so I may use it abroad. There seems to be a policy in place where AT&T won't unlock phones under contract, which mine is and customers are forced to pay $100s
