Changing autopay date

I want to change the autopay date but this isn't possible to just do. Apparently you need to turn autopay off and either delay your payment to the day you want or pay early the next month on the day you want. Can’t login online to suspend payments

I have had to return back to Australia due to my college closing from COVID-19 so want to suspend my autopay but I can’t login from outside the US.
