If I change plans near the end of a cycle, will I be charged twice?
I have a data plan that throttles hotspot usage after 10gb. I’d like to switch to another plan that only throttles data in highly congested areas but I want to know if I would be charged twice on my next bill or if my bill would go up at all since the bill I’d like to switch to is actually $10 cheap

I was billed twice for this month!
My two cards were billed for the same month's cost. On Apr. 12 morning, one of my card was billed for $32.4 autopay with taxes. In the afternoon, my another card also was charged for $32.4. When I received the visa record today, I found this thing. Why this happened?
