Bogo credits not being applied despite multiple cases with loyalty dept
I have AT&T Postpaid unlimited family share plan with multiple lines in US. I got 3 pairs of devices on BOGO promotion while switching to AT&T (3 IphoneX as BuyOne and 3 Iphone8 as GetOne) in Nov'17.
