cannot Log In - account Bad Request w/ computer + no device access
????? Bad Request 😞 I am unable to log in to my account on my computer. I can still log in via phone app... I'm using ATT prepaid and it is a bother to use the phone any time I need to access the account to do anything. I'm using an anti-virus, tried using exceptions. Tried using different browsers

e-mail sign-in with Firefox
When I sign in to my online ATT mail, an error page appears saying "Bad Request". My second attempt works. Seems to only happen with Firefox browser, but they couldn't fins a solution. As far as I know, only the ATT sign in page is affected! Any thoughts?
