Why did asurion send me a broken phone?

My phone was stolen so i filed a claim and received a new one. I payed $200+ for a broken phone? Half the screen is dark and i went to Att to set it up and she was shocked that insurance sent me this phone. What do i do?

How do I return my phone to Asurion?

I need to return my damaged phone to Asurion but I don't know how to return it? I looked at videos on YouTube saying that they got envelopes to return in but I never got that? Do I just return it in the box I got it from? and where do I put it to get it returned? I don't want to be charged $ for not

Asurion Insurance Question - I can't factory reset my phone

I filed a claim for my Samsung Galaxy S6 Active and Asurion says I have to factory reset my phone when I send it to them but I cannot factory reset it because the charger port does not work so I cannot connect it to my PC and also the LCD screen does not work so I can't see the screen but the phone
