AT&T 3G Phaseout Replacement Phone

AT&T sent us replacement phones because our current phones will not be capable of operating on the upgraded AT&T network.  Are the phones actually free?   If I transition to a different carrier will AT&T bill me for some portion of the replacement phone cost?

Why am I paying $60 for fiber 300 when online is $35?

My plan on my account shows as Fiber 300, I received an ad in the mailbox that shows 3 different options of fiber plans. Fiber 300 for $35, fiber 500 for $45, and fiber 1 gig for $60. I went to check what plan I have and it shows I do have the fiber 300 but I have been paying $60.32 for over 2 years

Different color phone on account

So I noticed my iPhone shows pink on my account but i have a green one? Should this be something I have to fix or just a glitch. It took forever for them to get my line working I would hate to call and have them move things around and I’m out of service again. :/
