Looks like the IMEI number you entered doesn’t match an AT&T device.

@ATTCares I am trying to unlock my Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ but I get get the message. “Looks like the IMEI number you entered doesn’t match an AT&T device. Try entering it again. Dial *#06# on your mobile phone to make sure you have the right IMEI” can you help me get my phone unlocked.

Device paid off but will not unlock: Samsung S9

I bought a Samsung S9 beginning of this year. I paid off the remaining balance as well as the early termination fee end of August. I have submitted multiple unlock requests but every time I am met with an error saying that I have not paid off my installments! I have even gone to a physical ATT store
